Copyrights, Trade Marks, Patents and Trade Secrets Of Color Your Carpet, Inc.

Color Your Carpet® has invested substantial resources to build a very unique service, name brand, identity, image and reputation with the development and service distribution of a proprietary carpet dyeing and color restoration services through our franchise system and network of franchisees to further deliver our exclusive services to property owners throughout the world.

We have further invested substantial resources to legally protect this investment and enable us to take strong action against violators of our rights. In a respective effort to deter violators, prevent theft or infringement of our rights and to identify such violations, we have implemented electronic security software programs to track and identify visitors to our websites.

We are committed to protecting our franchise system, techology and the intellectual property rights we own and to further protect the investment of our franchisees.

Color Your carpet, Inc. owns all patents, copyrights and Trade Marks that are material to our technology and franchise system. We also own proprietary rights and copyrights on many formulas, products, equipment, related sources, marketing and pricing methods and technical processes used in connection with the dyeing, cleaning and color restoration of carpet (rugs and other textiles) services, the use of which in part by specific contract are licensed only to authorized franchisees and all of which are Trade Secrets belonging exclusively to us.

The Registration Numbers associated with and owned by Connie B. D'Imperio and Color Your Carpet, Inc. are #394-781, #2-570-164 and #2-570-163 (effective date of May 9, 1989). Copyrights of these items are updated and admended to include "new works" periodically and include all intellectual property including our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular.

The mark "Color Your Carpet®" and our logo are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. We own all rights to and of the registration to our mark and logo as documented on the principal register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office in all classes listed on Registration Number 1611478.

We also hold the same or similar rights in most Western European countries, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and other key global markets.
