1976 Our original dye technology begins on the US West Coast.
1977 Business operated by owners locally as small service company , DTI.
1987 Technology acquired by Industrial Ingredients, Inc., an East Coast company.

1988 Color Your Carpet, Inc. is formed and delevelops proprietary dyeing technology.
1988 Color Your Carpet, Inc. appoints Ms. Connie B. D'Imperio as CEO.

1989 Color Your Carpet, Inc. begins formation of franchise system.
1989 Color Your Carpet, Inc. pilot operations initiated and tested in FL, NJ, IA, and PA..

1990 Color Your Carpet, Inc. is acquired by Ms. Connie B. D'Imperio.
